Terms and Conditions

Sorry..this is the boring bit!
Access and use of our Web site, together with the sale and the purchase of products from the site, are governed by the terms and conditions set out below. A contract between Munkii Ltd and the customer will exist once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched and received.

Fulfillment
Due to the nature of our business, stock availability can not be guaranteed. If your goods are in stock the order will be shipped in order to reach you normally within 5 working days. However, during extremely busy times of the year, this may increase up to 10 working days. Payment is not taken from your credit card until stock has been checked and the order is ready for shipping.

Once you have placed an order with Munkii Ltd an e-mail will be sent to you confirming your order details. A second e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. It is important that you give us a valid e-mail address so you can receive these e-mails.

Cancellation of orders
Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, it is not possible to cancel an order placed on the Web site. If you are unhappy with your goods once they arrived you are entitled to returns for goods for a refund or replacement. Please check the order confirmation screen carefully before completing your order.

Returns Policy
IMPORTANT please ensure that you write your order number or postcode on any returns, without this we will not know who has returned the item and it will not be processed.

When you return an item to us, please fill in the returns slip which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 21 DAYS FOR RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED

Payment and Security
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Solo, Delta, Visa Electron, AMEX, Paypal Credit Card, PAYPAL.

Shipping Charges
Our "standard" delivery service is from £1.50 but discounts for bulk purchases apply.

Delivery
Orders that will be shipped to reach the customer normally within 5 working days and must be signed for so please make sure there will be someone available at your delivery address. Orders received after 12pm GMT will be processed on the next working day.

Pricing and Print Errors
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice. Prices displayed on the Web site are inclusive of VAT.
